I cannot play the case study and coaching calls. It displays FV Flowplayer and when I press the play button nothing will play. This is also happening with another unrelated online course Im taking as well. Does this mean that I don’t have it installed? where do I get it from or how do I install it?

    Hello-

This is the second time I am leaving an email because I did get a response to the below email sent April 5th. Modules 14 on have been locked for a very long time. I continue to pay a huge amount for these programs every month, yet no new modules have been unlocked. I would appreciate a response within the next 48 hours or I will need to contact my credit card company to stop payment because I am not receiving anything.

    Thank you,
    Jennifer Kramer

If you prefer to email me privately my email address is healthcoachjen@comcast.net

  3. Jennifer Kramer says:

    Hi,

I am a NEPT student and I have not had any modules unlocked in a long time. I continue to pay monthly and yet I have not seen a module opened in a very long time. Module 12 has not been unlocked, Module 13 has been unlocked, but none after that.

Could you please look into this and get back to me.

    Thank you,

Hi, I am a IRSPT student
I am unable to access my certification resources: case study presentation sample page and
also the recording bonuses as well as the 3 extra implementation bonus call recordings.

When I access my exams area, it reads that I have only completed the first 3 module exams when I have completed them all. I am now starting the certification case studies.

    Please Help

  5. Michele Anderson says:

I cannot seem to access the site. I was trying to access the IRSPT program but it was locked. Then it prompted me to change me password, so I went through that and changed my password. But still with the new password, I am unable to access anything. I just keep being taken to the screen that shows I’m trying to access info with the chain and padlock on it.

I was just on there 2 days ago. Not sure what’s going on. My account login is: esswellness@ndsupernet.com

    Thank you for your help.

Hi, I am a NEPT student currently at Module 4. When I tried to access the test segment, I kept getting the error message that I am accessing protected content and my current membership status does not entitle me to the content.

Please help me to resolve this access issue. Thanks.

  9. Kok hua Kang says:

Hi, I am unable to access test for Module 4. I kept getting the message that content is protected and the part I am trying to access is not part of my membership. Can you help resolve? Thanks.

    Hi,
the vidoes and audio are not working for me all of the sudden. I have tried across multiple devices. our internet is working fine. I have also tried multiple modules. I am currently on Digestion…..was in the middle of the Live and Gallbladder presentation.
I am assuming it is something on your end?
    Thanks so much!

I am a NEPT student and would like to get advice on how to deal with an increasingly frustrating experience viewing the posted MP4 files. The streaming is very intermittent and breaks up every 5-10secs for most files I have seen thus far (I am at Module 4). I tried to modify my usage experience by downloading the file onto my hard disk. I noticed the same intermittent stoppage for downloading.

My home internet connection is on high speed (above 20 MBPS) and do not experience the same thing with FMCA and NTA which I am studying with as well. May I know what are my options as I cannot imagine myself going through the same hassle all the way to Module 36 with NEPT?

    Thanks.

      Hi Dasha,

Lynn assured me that she opened the test on Friday, so I will ask her to connect with you to see if she can assist you. I’m not sure when she will reach out, but I’ve included her in my reply.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Dagmar!

Sorry to hear you had trouble accessing your first IRSPT module Post-Test. I’m alerting Lynn who is in charge of opening up Exam Professor for each of our IRSPT members.

Lynn or Sharon, can you please open the post-test for Dagmar for IRSPT Module 1?

I tried all day yesterday to figure out why Module 3 was not available for testing. I am trying to get Module 3 test completed.

    Please help.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Eva!

Thanks for reaching out. I am including Coach Lynn in my reply as she is in charge of making sure that tests that are in Exam Professor are opened up to each member. I will also send her a Skype to alert her that the Module 3 test is not showing up for you. Lynn, can you please reply all and let me know when you’ve taken care of Eva?

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Karen,

Hope I can help! I’ll need some more information to troubleshoot. What is your client’s name and the e-mail address she used to register for GRAND? I’ll check the file and make sure all is in order as the first step.

Hello I am having difficulty with the Blood Chemistry Software site. When I click on certain tabs I get an ERROR message. The Import lab test, Manage plugins and Support tabs.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Deborah,

Thanks for writing! Sorry to hear you’re having difficulty, and I would love to help, but as I only assist with our own webpages, I’m afraid I have no access or ability to assist with their website.

If there are technical errors with their content or menus, you’ll need to contact their customer service staff to get assistance.
      http://bloodchemsoftware.com/contact/

I’ll include Lynn so she’s aware (and perhaps she may have insights into what might be happening).
Hopefully you are able to get support through their contact page.

        Hi, Deborah,

I’ve been in contact with Blood Chemistry Software. They told me that those pages (plugin page and support page) are only available to the admin account and a 500 Error will come up if they are clicked.

However, since part of the plugin page is to show the availability of product, we are looking at them so they will appear when you check to see them when you run your report.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if there is anything more we can help with.

(which I have already purchased!) What do I need to do to gain access?

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Martine,

Hi There: I am trying to access the preconference call replay & it tells me that my membership level doesn’t allow me to.
I am on my way to Austin tomorrow & had hoped to listen to the call.
Thanks Carol I was using the link sent in the emal.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Carol!

Thanks for writing. I logged in as you and was able to successfully go to the page. Perhaps you tried clicking the link from the e-mail without being logged in first?

The protected membership site will always send you to the “protected content” page if you try clicking a link without first being logged in. We try to include reminders in the e-mail, but it’s easy to overlook or forget.

Hope this helps and hope you have a great time at SHINE!

  23. Evelyn Kass-Wlliamson DVm says:

    Hi,
I am in the Upper GI assessment area and the checklist mentions an assessment tool to download, but I do not see that. Also some of the other material talks about a questionnaire. Are they both referring to the functional digestive scorecard?
    Thank you
    Evelyn

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Evelyn,

Thanks for writing and reaching out. We’ve been updating our pages to include these lovely new tracking features, so it’s great to have feedback and make sure things are clear.

By “Upper GI Assessment” area, did you mean this page? “Part 3: Upper GI – Pathology and Assessment”
      http://www.inemembers.com/ine-home/modules/digestion/core-content/upper-gi-pathology-and-assessment/

I’m not seeing wording in the checklist at the top of that page that says to download an assessment “tool”.
I do see “Downloaded assessments” in the checkbox area.

If that’s the item you mean, it would relate to the “Assessments” section of the page (further down), so once you’ve downloaded the items under that heading, you could complete that “Downloaded assessments” box.

And yes, in relation to this question: Also some of the other material talks about a questionnaire. Are they both referring to the functional digestive scorecard?

I believe Dr. Ritamarie uses the word “questionnaire” interchangeably with “assessment” or possibly “evaluation” and they would all refer to the scorecard.

I hope this helps to clarify things for you. If you were referring to a different page, just let me know and send along the URL of the page for which you need help.
      Thanks and best wishes!

Hi….l purchased CMDS, and was directed here. How do I access the information
    Maurine

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Maurine!

Thanks for reaching out… very strange! I can’t figure out what would have directed you to the technical assistance page instead of the CMDS home page. I’ve checked the links and made sure they all point to the same place.

When you login, you should be able to access the main CMDS page from any of these locations (see screenshot sent via e-mail).

I logged into your account to make sure I could go to the right pages.
Then, you should start from this page each time:
      (see screenshot sent via e-mail)

If this doesn’t work, please do let me know and I’ll try to connect with you to see what happens on your end.

    Bloodchemsoftware.com
I was not able to log into that website utilizing my NEPT ID and password.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Janis,

      Thanks for reaching out.

I connected with Lynn, and she confirmed that she’d mentioned on the recent NEPT Orientation call that the registrations for NEPT students with the Bloodchemsoftware.com occurs once a month and she had just submitted the new names this week. Lynn said she mentioned on the call that it takes about two weeks to process on the Bloodchemsoftware.com side, so your access won’t be in place just yet.

Lynn noted that as soon as your access is set up, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Bloodchemsoftware.com team.

One thing to note: If you change your password on the INEmembers.com site, the password you had when you registered will still be the one used to access the Bloodchemsoftware.com software.

Hope this clarifies things for you. You can look forward to your access coming soon! 🙂

  28. Valerie Dunnavant says:

I was exploring the Progress Checklist for the Macronutrients module (http://s3.amazonaws.com/drritamarie/materials/INE/INE-Macronutrients-ProgressChecklist.pdf)
and found many of the links I tried did not work. Under the Fat Resources, 4 of them return a ‘Page Not Found’ (Omega 3 fats, chia crisps, Dr Ritamarie’s Parmesan cheese, and Gluten Free Raw and Living Foods Recipe). The same thing happened when I clicked on those links from the Advanced Topics/References page (http://www.inemembers.com/ine-home/modules/macronutrients/advanced-references/

Also on the Progress Checklist, in the Water Resources section, many of the links I tried aren’t active although they look like hyperlinks. Sorry I didn’t have time to try all the links in that document.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Valerie!

Thanks for writing and alerting me to the outdated links! We appreciate being able to update these.

Due to the nature of the internet, many resources and internet pages come and go. I’ve removed any of the links for pages that are no longer available. I also updated the links for the pages that were intended to go to Dr. Ritamarie’s blog. It appeared some of the resources were actually missing from the Progress Checklist so I’ve added anything that was missed and checked to make sure all the items have working hyperlinks (if there was a link associated).

You may need to refresh the link to the Macronutrients Progress Checklist a few times for it to update (or even clear your browser cache).

      Thanks again for the catch!

Hi, I just completed the Assessment test in ISRPT (twice). Both times, in question 9, the circle below the one I selected (second answer-dairy raises insulin but not BS) became my selected answer which I knew was wrong. I was using Firefox. Also, the first time, I missed 2 answers because I didn’t realize that I needed to scroll down to see all answers. I knew they were wrong, too. Maybe add a note on instructions that some questions require scrolling down??? No need to contact me, just wanted to report. Thanks.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Thanks for writing Joan!

The IRSPT post-tests are a separate piece of software. I’ve notified Lynn of your feedback as she looks after Exam Professor and the content for the test questions.
We appreciate the notice and hopefully Lynn can resolve.

I’m not able to upload files from my computer on the VIP chat box.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Jane,

I see there are a couple issues affecting the VIP chat box. I’m not seeing Dr. Ritamarie as an available recipient and, as you stated, I’m also unable to attach a file. It says “file does not exist” which is strange.

I have sent an e-mail to Jimmy who will reach out to the developer of that VIP chat feature. My guess is that it needs to be reconfigured to work with our new membership platform here on INEmembers. Once Jimmy connects, with the developer, it may take several days or a week to get those developments back.

For now, would you be able to use the INE file uploader here (login, then click to access): http://www.drritamarie.com/go/INEUploader

Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention, and hopefully we’ll hear back soon!

Hello I am having difficulty with some of my videos. I get an air message stating that my HTML 5 Video is not properly encoded. What should I do?

    Thank you.
    Deborah

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Deborah,

Thanks for writing, and yes, I’ll be happy to help investigate for you. As we have hundreds and hundreds of videos on our websites (which is great for providing content but tricky for me in guessing which videos might have issues), can you please send me the links to pages for any examples of the videos that are not working for you?

There is a little tool I can use to check the videos once I’m on the pages in question to see if anything is obviously wrong. And from there, I can send the videos to our video editor if there is something amiss.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing back from you.

  35. Kay Smith says:

PS. I did change my password for the IRSPT training from the one I originally chose, but I did this at least 3 weeks ago, so I am not sure if this explains the difficulty in getting into the post test section?

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Kay,

Thanks for writing, and sorry to hear of your difficulty! Though I’m not familiar with the Exam Professor as Lynn usually looks after that area, she is away for the Spring Into Vitality conference, so I’m going to muddle through a little for the sake of timeliness. As you wrote in your second e-mail, I’m guessing that when you changed your password for the INE members website, the password for Exam Professor did not change with it. Though I’m not that familiar with it, I do know Exam Professor is a 3rd party software. So I checked your file and managed to figure out where to log in to the admin panel for Exam Professor. I think I found the right spot to change the password to the same one as your current INE Members password.

Can you check to see now if it will log you in? As soon as the team returns, I’ll follow up with them to see what instructions should be provided about password changes on INE affecting Exam Professor.

Hope this gets you going until Lynn can return to confirm and check things. I’ve cc’d her this message so that she’s aware.

Thanks and have a great week!

Hello, I enrolled in IRSPT in May 2016 and have just completed the Introduction Module. When I go Introduction > Post Test, I go to the exam page. When I then log in using my IRSPT log in details, I just get ‘Invalid login, try again’ yet I know my login details are correct and I used them to log in to IRSPT in the first place. I am a little confused. May be I have not been added to the exam data base like Dorte? Please let me know what to do. Many thanks – Kay

  37. Dorte Jensen says:

    Dear INE,

I have problems logging in to my post-test on my IRSPT Module? Why is that I tried to log on with my log in details which you have provided me with but it didn’t accept it? now it shows that it failed and I should contact you.

Please advice on how I should proceed and how I can log on.

    Thanks and best regards,
    Dorte

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Dorte,

Sorry to hear this and I will reach out to Lynn on your behalf (I’m cc’ing her here and will also reach out to her on Skype). It’s a manual process to register all IRSPT members into the Exam Professor program. Once you’re registered, you should be able to login there, but it’s sounding to me like you haven’t been registered yet. I see you signed up for IRSPT on May 17th, so this process should have already been done. Sorry for the delay. Lynn has been travelling with Dr. Ritamarie the past while and perhaps she missed this step?

I’ll try to connect with her and follow up again for you within a day or so.
      Thanks and best wishes!

  38. Catherine Fitzgerald says:

The “Pre-test” for the IRSPT program doesn’t exist. The page has NO link to a test, only a link to the answers. Please send me the link to the test within the next 24 hours or I will be asking for a refund for this program. If the pre-test is an issue, what else won’t work? This is the link I was using based upon navigating from the home page of the IRSPT program…http://www.inemembers.com/ine-home/modules/irspt/introduction/pre-test/

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Catherine,

Thanks for reaching out, and we’re very sorry for the difficulty.

With the intention of improving our services, we arranged to move to bigger and faster servers on the weekend; however, much to our dismay the server company did not start the process until late Monday. It’s a 2-day process, and it appears that tail-end of the move has affected not only the IRSPT pre-test but all our assessments in all programs.

This is a high priority concern for us, and I can see from our Team correspondence this morning that this difficulty was discovered last night and has already been submitted as urgent to our technical team.

So you went to the right page, and normally there would be an assessment there. I do apologize for the unexpected difficulty. I will write to you again as soon as we hear back from Jimmy, our technical contractor.

To assist you as best I can for now, I’ve edited the Word document to remove the answers, so you can proceed (I’ll attach by e-mail). If you’d like to complete the Word doc (or indicate and type the answers to me in a reply e-mail), once Jimmy has our assessments back, I’ll have a team member input your responses for you in the electronic version. I’ve included a PDF copy in case you are a Mac user or don’t have access to MS Word.

This was definitely an unexpected and unintentional disruption to our service and intentions. I hope we can provide a positive experience moving forward.

      Best wishes,

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Yoon,

Thanks for writing and sorry for the delay in opening your IRSPT final exam. Typically, Coach Lynn (I’ve cc’d her above) opens it within a few days of a new member registering. She is currently travelling with Dr. Ritamarie at a conference, so perhaps there is a longer than usual delay. I’m sure she will have the area open for you soon (typically, it takes members a few weeks before they are ready for the final exam).

If the need is urgent, I can try to get a message through to her on the road.

Lynn, can you acknowledge when this e-mail is received and the exam professor area opened for this member?
      Thank you!

Lynn was going to talk to you about opening vibrant living the thyroid modules. I am currently enrolled in NEPT program and I know they usually don’t open vibrant living for 60 days, however, she said I could access it to use my current clients

      Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out! I checked with Lynn this morning and I guess she had accidentally not hit “submit” on her request to notify me of this task, so your e-mail was the first I’d heard. I have now added the permissions for you to access both the Thyroid Revive and Thrive and the B4 Be Gone program (which includes a sleep module) on the VLM website. I have lost access to the NEPT and IRSPT modules on the INE website. On the Vibrant Living I do not have access to the B4 Be Gone Blood Sugar Balancing modules but I have other access such as recording and recipes.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Gloria,

Sorry for the difficulty and I am including Scott here. On Feb. 22nd, it appears that many what we call “PAYF” tags were applied to your permissions. These tags, which restrict access to programs, are usually set when a payment has failed, thus, I will include Scott here and send him a note on Skype to look into your account and connect with you to ensure all is well.

Once the PAYF tags are removed, your permissions should be restored.

Hopefully he can resolve this with you soon.
      Thanks for reaching out!

    Hi-

I am enrolled in the NEPT practitioner training and I am unable to access any of my exams. I have tried logging in and out, however, it says no exams available.

I would appreciate you fixing this for me so I can stay up to date.

    Thank you,
    Jennifer Kramer

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out and so sorry for the issue. I’m including Coach Lynn in my reply as she opens all of the exams for our NEPT students.

Lynn, are the notes to open exams coming through to you in InfusionSoft? Can you let me know if that’s not happening so I can check the campaign to make sure the notifications are coming to you?

      Thanks!

  43. Kate Leathers says:

    Hi,
All of the drop down menus on my main tabs appear, except for “Module Indexes”. If I click on the tab it tells me to select from the drop down menu which isn’t appearing. Also, I previously had access to the CMDS program in my membership dashboards but now it is saying that I need to upgrade my membership to receive access (I’m in the NEPT mastery program). Thanks so much!

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Kate,

Thanks for reaching out, and I do apologize. This is an ongoing problem that we’re aware of. The current membership permission software we use, imember 360, seems to randomly crash for unknown reasons for select people. When it does, it affects your menus and permissions. The imember 360 people were unable to diagnose or offer support, so we haven’t been able to fix the issue.

With that in mind, Dr. Ritamarie has taken steps to purchase an entirely new membership software package from a different company, but the migration is complex and will take several weeks to implement. Until that time, we’ll do our best to correct the mistake for anyone when it occurs.

I’ve run the correction tool and logged in as you to confirm that your menus and permissions have returned.
Again, we apologize for the disruption and do let me know if this happens again.

      Best wishes,

Dr. Ritamarie asked me to let Stacy know that today a lot of us could not get on the call by our regular pin and had to use a back up one.

    Thanks for your help!

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Laura,

Thanks for letting me know. I’ve passed a message on to Maestro conference as the technical issue must be on their side as the PINs never change. They indicate they will reply back to Dr. Ritamarie within an hour.

      Best wishes,

      Hi Diane,

I notice this e-mail address is not one in our file system. Is this the same e-mail that you usually use to login? If you are trying to access that page from a non-registered e-mail, you won’t have permission.

If I search our file database with your name, I see a different registered e-mail: diane@letchworthsisters.com
It is that account under which all of your permissions will be stored. If you login and still have difficulty using diane@letchworthsisters.com account do let me know and I will investigate further.

Hope this helps and have a great weekend!

Hi. I purchased the IRSPT. It shows on my membership dashboard. I get an error when I click to access the modules. It says “The Page You Are Looking For is Not Found.” Please let me know what I need to do.
    Thanks!

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Julia,

Thanks so much for reaching out and you have my sincere apology for the issue. Since January, following a major update in their software, we have a known issue with our membership permission 3rd party plugin software, imember360. It seems to randomly stop talking to our database, and no one can identify what triggers the failure. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to get resolution from them on this issue, so we are now negotiating with a new membership permission platform company.

In the meantime, we have a temporary fix for when this occurs, and I’ve run that fix. I’ve logged in as you to verify the return and access for your IRSPT modules. I apologize for the inconvenience, and please know we are taking steps to solve this in a long-term fashion with a new company.

Don’t hesitate to let me know if it happens again… I will give you my personal Skype ID: terry_stacey@hotmail.com / Raininggently (Brandon, MB, Canada) should this happen again during business hours so I can immediately run the fix for you. Hopefully that won’t be needed!

I hope you enjoy your new program, and thanks again for writing.

  47. Toni St. Clair says:

    Hi,
I am in NEPT and cannot access other modules like PAFT, IRSPT, and CMDS.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Toni,

Our sincere apologies… it is the same issue with imember360 we’ve been having since early January. Disappointingly, despite an ongoing open ticket with them, they have not been able to provide any solutions. At best, we rolled back to a previous version to try and minimize this issue, but it appears to still be happening. In light of this, we are currently negotiating with a new membership protection provider. They are still negotiating the arrangement, and I believe the implementation process is a minimum of 3 weeks upon agreement, so the solution is definitely not as quick as I’d love to offer you.

I have run the utility that corrects the issue when it occurs and confirmed your permissions are back. I’m also going to give you my Skype ID: terry_stacey@hotmail.com (Raininggently) so that if I’m online during business hours you can reach out, and I can correct immediately for you.

I am sorry this continues and we do hope to move forward to a more reliable platform ASAP. On a positive note, it sounds like the new system being considered is far superior and will provide its own helpful tracking system for students to know which units they have watched and progressed through. It sounds really exciting (assuming it works as promised). But we are being careful and asking a lot of questions to ensure we’re making the best move forward.

Thanks for reaching out again Toni, and I hope we can correct this for you soon.

Hi I am having difficulty. I can get from the login to the inemembers.com/nept/index/m1/ and when I try to get into the modules it sends me to inemembers.com/protected-content/. Cant get into any of the modules. HELP…..

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Drena,

Thanks for reaching out, and I can only offer my sincere ongoing apologies. We have a known permission issue on our side of things that is causing intermittent access failures. I’ve made this known as a high priority issue for our tech team. A recent update that the 3rd party membership protection software we use is no longer working as before with our custom website.

I did check your account this morning to confirm your access was restored. If we cannot get a permanent fix to this issue in the next day or so, we will look at switching membership software to ensure we can return reliable stability to the site.

Again, you have my apologies for the inconvenience. Thankfully, our actual content is available on a separate server, so if you need a video, I can send you the direct video link, slides and transcript if this happens again (but I will work diligently with our team to prevent this from happening).

Thanks so much for your patience,
      Stacey

I’m in the Mastery tier of NEPT and I’m trying to get access to the modules. There is no drop-down menu, and, I received a error message indicating I’m not in the NEPT program. Above is the link to the URL page that appears to be “broken”.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Toni,

Thanks for writing and I’m so sorry for the disruption. We have a known issue on our hands with intermittent failures between the 3rd party plugin program that is supposed to control member permissions, iMember360, and our client database. I’ve been pursuing this issue with our team, and we are still searching for a permanent solution. The failures seem to be random and hard to pinpoint, making it difficult to identify all the variables that lead to the outage. I’ve sent another high priority message to Ben with your message.

It’s easy to correct when it happens, and you should now have your access back. I’ve logged in as you to confirm and I now see all your NEPT menus restored. If it should happen again, the longest the outage should last is 1 hour, at which point a self-caching tool is supposed to kick in and correct the problem automatically. But outages of any kind are unacceptable, and it is my goal to pursue this with the advanced technical people until there is a fix.

Thanks for alerting me and for your patience while we work this out!

      Best wishes,
      Stacey Terry

    Hi,

I’ve been trying to take the post-test for NEPT Foundations Module 1 for over a week now, but have been unable to access the exam. When I login to the exam platform I get a screen that has a header that says “available exams” and then underneath it says “there are no exams available”. Above the login toggle, there was also one that said registration so I filled out all my information on the registration screen but it continues to give me the “no exams available” response when I login. I use a Mac and Safari browser, however I saw it was noted that there are sometimes issues with using the exam platform on Safari so I have tried to access the exam area from Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer on other computers (each browser on both PC and Mac) but I get the same response each time. Help! Thank you in advance 🙂

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Kate,

Sorry to hear you’ve been having problems. Lynn takes care of all the Exam Professor work, so I’m including her in my reply and I will send her a skype note to look into this for you. Thanks for reaching out with the details!

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Virginia,

Just got your message and yes, there is definitely something amiss with your account. I’ve logged in as you and none of your CMDS materials are showing up properly despite the fact that your permissions are set correctly. This is a mystery to me.

I am going to pass this forward up the advanced technical chain to Ben, but for now, I’ll put the audio mp3 and chat log directly in an email for you.

I’ll follow up with you as soon as I hear back from him!

  52. Deborah Deloney says:

Hello I do not have access to any of my modules. Please help.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Deborah,

I Thanks for writing! At the moment, it appears you have all the modules you should have access to. I logged in as you and I successfully see the CMDS program, which includes the Digestion index (see attached screenshot sent by email).

I do understand from looking at your file that you are a new NEPT member. Our team did take a break for the holidays, and we are just getting back into the swing today. We should be opening up the first NEPT module for all the new NEPT 2016 members this week. I have a meeting with Scott and Ritamarie today at 3:30 pm to finalize the process they wish to follow. Once we do, we’ll send you an e-mail notifying you when the module has opened.

It’s always important to make sure you are logged into the members’ site before trying to click links from emails… sometimes people think their access isn’t working; however, it just may be that they have clicked something while not being logged in. Let me know if you have any other questions or it seems that even when you login from your end, the CMDS program is not showing.

      Best wishes,

I’m having a problem with the Business Strategy Questionnaire: When I try to “continue” from the 2nd page, I get this message: “Invalid value for this field.” The problem is there’s nothing to fill out on that line. It’s at the bottom of the little “Practice Styles” section. I need to get this submitted before I can have my strategy session call with Dr. Ritamarie, and it won’t allow me to submit. I can’t provide an answer if there’s no question….
    Thanks!!

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Diane,

Thanks for notifying me of the issue with this form: http://www.inemembers.com/nept/nept-resources/nepa/business-analysis-questionnaire/

I just tried the form and had the same error. I’ve checked the form in the back end, and I can’t see anything that’s causing that issue, so I will have to pass this on to our tech team. I’ll notify Dr. Ritamarie that there is an issue with being able to submit the form until Jimmy or Ben can determine what is causing the trouble.

I will write back as soon as I hear from them.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

    Hi,

The page I have an issue with is http://www.inemembers.com/protected-content/
A few weeks ago I enrolled into the CMDS: Clinical Mastery of the Digesting System and never had any problem however today I can’t log into it. It appears on my dashboard on the right side of my screen but when I try to access the module section I’m redirected to a page that says that I have to upgrade my membership.

Let me know if I have to do something on my side.

Thanks a lot and have a lovely day.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Christine,

Thanks for writing. I checked your file… everything looks to be in order for your CMDS program permissions (i.e. you have all the appropriate tags). I logged in as you, and I was able to go to the CMDS dashboard, and I was able to access the CMDS module index page and click around to various videos in the core content. I’ll attach some screenshots of what I can access/see if I login with your username and password (I know, it’s like taking your car to the mechanic… it always behaves once you ask someone to look at it).

My only guess (an issue I have experienced a couple times in the past myself) is that perhaps the website had a general “hiccup” (for lack of a better term) and just logged everyone out… one second you’re on a page and the next you click and it shows in the right-hand sidebar that you’re not actually logged in anymore. And if you’re not logged in, then every page is outside your membership area and you’ll get that message.

The trouble with knowing for sure is that the link you gave below is just the link to the protected members page — that link will be the same any time you try to access any page outside of your membership area. The goal would be for me to know exactly what link you were trying to click on BEFORE you click it. If you’re on a PC, and depending on the browser the wording may be different, but if you right-click the link that you want to click and select “Copy Link Location” and send me that URL, maybe I can dig deeper.

For example, the link to the CMDS module page is http://www.inemembers.com/cmds/modules/
If you’re logged in, you should be able to click that link. If you’re not logged in, it will give you the “permission error” page.

Do you want to give it another try and see if it was just a login “hiccup” or if it’s still giving you grief, perhaps you can do the “copy link location” to send me the URL that triggers the permission page error?
      Hope I can help!

Just sent a reply to your other e-mail, but I’ll post here and send to your gmail address and hopefully you’ll receive this:

Subject: RE: Not Receiving NEPT Emails

      Hi Laura,

Sorry to hear you’ve been having issues. Lynn just asked me for the link to that video, so I presume you’ve been speaking with her (I’ll include her here so she knows I’ve also followed up with you). I checked your file and I don’t see any bounce reports or flags that would prevent you from getting e-mails. On our side it appears that the messages are being sent.

Since you’ve already added all the contacts to your safelist, is it possible that you have set up a rule of some kind?

If you’ve ever used the “sweep” function in Hotmail, I’ve found in my personal account that it sometimes then prevents approved contact messages from getting to my inbox, but I do still find them in my junk mail.

So….what I’ve done is create another new little video… it takes you through some of the other places to check to make sure there are no rules that might be getting in the way and other places to safelist our address.

Unfortunately, I don’t know of any way to keep TWO e-mails in our system for you. We could certainly switch to your gmail account if you desire. If that’s the route you want to take, just send me a reply and I will change it to the gmail for you.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Drena,

Thanks for reaching out. Dr. Ritamarie has in the past confirmed to me that the INE members website is mobile-ready. I am not an iPad owner myself to confirm or provide guidance on how the site works using mobile devices. I would presume that any working mobile device should be able to go to the site homepage:

      http://www.INEmembers.com

Can you report what happens when you type this into your browser on your iPad? Any error messages you receive or screenshots of what happens on your end are very helpful to us in assisting you.

I will include Scott in my e-mail reply as he does have an iPad and might be able to provide some tips or experience. Scott: Can you provide any tips on interacting with the INEmembers website for a NEPT student?

Drena, when you reply, please “reply all” to include Scott. He may recognize any symptoms/errors you can describe.

    Hi, Stacey:

I’ve just completed Module 1 of the NEPT program (including the pre-test). The notice still appears at the tope of the Exam post-test area that Exam Professor is unavailable, but with no date regarding when the notice was posted. I can log into Exam Professor, and a list of exams is presented. However, I’m not sure whether any of these relate to the NEPT Module 1 exam or not – none of them state exactly “NEPT Module 1”. For now, should I just continue to wait a little longer ’til you give the a-ok that this Module’s exam is available?

    Thank you!

    Helen Sandwick

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Heidi,

Lynn just gave me the go ahead today, so I just removed the notice this afternoon about Exam Professor. Though I can’t myself login to Exam Professor, I’m guessing the tests are no labelled with “NEPT Module 1” names. All our modules are “INE” modules and the test should likely match up with the exact name of the module — so it’s likely something like: “Overview of Nutritional Endocrinology and Hormone Relationships” (or a shortened version of that).

If you have any questions about Exam Professor or the questions on the exams, Lynn is the best person to write to directly: CoachLynn@DrRitamarie.com

I was able to do 2 tests since Exam Professor got back online June 18. I tried another test today. I could bring up the test instructions page. It said “Resume Exam”, but I could not get the test to load. (Same problem as before June 18.)
Is Exam Professor still having problems? Thanks.

    Loyce Bushey

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Loyce,

Yes, I’m afraid as far as we know, there are still issues with Exam Professor, so our warning and statement on the Exam login page is not to try any further tests until we hear otherwise and remove that warning.

      Best wishes!

  64. Heidi Schafer says:

I just completed IRSPT test for module 1 with no problems, but as I proceeded to module 2, exam questions would not display. Also, wondering if there are 3 tests to take within module 1 based on post test comments, “1 of 3 tests have been completed”… something like that was stated upon completing module 1, but there were no additional module 1 links to select. Please let me know, thank you.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Heidi,

I’m very sorry for the difficulty… in the last half hour, I have just added a note to the INE exam login page that there appear to be technical issues throughout with the exams and not to take any more until further notice. It seems there are a wide range of errors. I have marked this as high priority for our team. I will ask that Dr. Ritamarie send a notification to all members once the issues have been resolved.

We apologize for the ongoing issues!

      Hi Mari,

We have heard back from Exam Professor and they have been having difficulty. I have posted their e-mail on the INE exam login page:

Hopefully some time after June 18th things will resume working.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Glenn,

I’ll have to forward this to Ritamarie to find out as the software isn’t hosted through us… will hopefully have an answer for you soon for this and for the exam professor issue. I’ve alerted Ritamarie and Mary who look after these areas.

Thanks and sorry for the trouble!

  69. Loyce Bushey says:

I have been unable to get on to the post class exam page
(http://www.inemembers.com/ine-home/resources/tests-exams-login/) all day. Can you help me? Thanks.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Good morning Loyce,

      Our apologies for the difficulties!

I know coach Mary mentioned at our Monday staff meeting that the exam professor website had done an upgrade and were experiencing technical troubles, so other people were having the same difficulty. She was watching the situation and following up with them to make sure the fixes happened.

Unfortunately this morning, it seems our own site is down so I can’t access anything. I’ve notified Mary and Lynn to see if they can look into the exam professor issue and I have notified our tech resource people to address our own site issue this morning. Hope to hear from them soon.

I attempted to login, and was able to, but then it says I am not allowed access to those recordings, even though I clicked from my email that says I am allowed access. Is it just not up and available yet? Thanks!

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Kelly,

I’m so sorry… that is my mistake. There was a permission checkbox ticked that shouldn’t have been — a really random one… I must have caught it with my mouse unintentionally yesterday and not realized. I’ve corrected this, so if you try again, it should work. A logout and login may be required.

The mineral seminar is coming this weekend on Saturday (you should have received a call reminder earlier today). After the seminar, the content will be edited and then posted to our membership area.

      Hope this helps explain.

Cheers and have a great weekend!

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Margi,

I’d love to help if I can. I sent you a reply on May 14th about what we’d need to help you out further since the issue is particular to your computer and not with our system. I’ll copy that message for you below, but essentially I need an image screenshot that I can give to our tech guy, Jimmy (instructions in the May 14th message).

Even then, I’m not sure if he’ll have suggestions because it’s only happening on your computer, but I will definitely ask for you if I can show him what’s happening.

      Thanks and best wishes!

      Hi Margi,

Yup, I logged in as you. I tried logging in as you using Internet Explorer (I have all the browsers on my computer) and everything still seems to be showing for me. I’ll send the screenshots (of me logged in as you and what I see) as attachments. There are two: one that shows which calls you can access on the INE schedule page (and if you click the links, it will take you to the lists for each of upcoming calls) and the second is the calendar grid.

I was able to click the links on the calendar logged in as you and get the little pop-ups with the event details.

So, we have a tech mystery: I’m not sure why the calendar grid isn’t working for you.

The next step would be to send this forward to our tech guy Jimmy, but to do so, I’d need to be able to give him more details or show him the error.

Do you know how to take a screenshot on your computer? Seeing what you see would be very helpful for Jimmy to investigate and troubleshoot what might be happening on your computer.

Most keyboards have a “print screen” button somewhere along the top towards the right hand side. If you can take a screenshot, save it in a folder, and then attach it to a reply e-mail, then I can pass it on to Jimmy.

Hope we can figure this out for you!

  81. Margi Hannegan says:

Hi Stacey! Thanks for your response. My calendar is blank with nothing showing as scheduled, last month, this month or even next month. I use PC with internet explorer. I did not see your screenshot. I will try to log in with firefox but not sure that would make a difference as everything seems to be working. The calendar was an issue in the beginning. Do you see events on the calendar while logging in with my name?

  82. Margi Hannegan says:

Correction ~ it does show next week’s call.

  83. Margi Hannegan says:

The calendar site doesn’t allow me to see what is going on this month. It only highlights today’s date. It shows the future months only. When Lynn was going over the website with me a couple months ago, she noticed this as well. Thanks for any help you can give me. I know there’s a call tonight but can’t find it on the website.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Margi,

Thanks for writing. I checked your file and tried logging into the INE members website using your profile. Everything appears to be on the schedule page that you should have access to.

I see the quick links to all the call types (if you click each link, it takes you to the call with upcoming dates/times).
I see the calendar of all upcoming events (across all programs with Dr. Ritamarie)

      See screenshot below.

I use a PC with Firefox to interact with our site. Do you have a PC or a Mac? What browser do you use?

So far I’m not seeing anything that indicates your calls aren’t showing, but I know technology can be flukey.

I’ll wait for your reply on the computer/browser. If you use a Mac, I’ll pass this on to Mary as she is our Mac expert; otherwise, I’ll try logging in again using the same browser as you and see what happens.

Is there any more you can tell me about what you see when you go to the schedule page?

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Heidi,

To my knowledge, the IRSPT final test has not yet been completed. It’s not actually linked to anywhere from the IRSPT pages (that I know of).

I know Dr. Ritamarie has made arrangements with another practitioner to complete the finals for IRSPT, but I haven’t heard anything yet on the progress.

Can you right click and do “save link as” to show me which link you’re trying to click or give me the page URL where you are when you see or try to click something for the final test?

      Thanks!

  85. Margi Hannegan says:

I have attempted to submit a question on Office Hours Calls. I get a page that says the page you are looking for is protected content. It says You tried to access a page not included in your membership. I am enrolled in the NEPT program.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Margi,

Our apologies — very strange. I just investigated and your file shows you are a NEPT Mastery member, which means you should have had access; however, I checked your file and the permission tag was missing. I have reapplied the tag to your file (you will need to logout and login for the change to take effect), and I will follow up with Scott to see what went amiss on our end.

Thank you for help with this!!! I can get into 12 and have done some work there so I will spend my scheduled day of study there until I hear back from you. Have a heat day!!

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Janet!

I’m so sorry for the late replay! ONE time ages ago I accidently moved a tech message to the wrong folder and now my Outlook is chronically doing it. I’ve tried all sorts of ways to make it “forget” and apply correct rules! Apparently, I still don’t have my own issue fixed… (argh!) BUT, more importantly… to YOU. 🙂

While there are links to other modules, those modules have not yet been released to NEPT 2015 members. Dr. Ritamarie gave NEPT 2015 members access to module 12 because the IRSPT program was live when registrations were open, so it was nice for NEPT 2015 members to have that live access.

There is a module release schedule for NEPT 2015 members here: http://www.drritamarie.com/go/NEPTModuleCalendar2015

If you’re able to talk to Dr. Ritamarie on the next NEPT call or in some other fashion, you could always ask her if you could have early access to other modules (it’s easy to grant you access to any modules that are in place — I just need permission from the powers that be).

Hope this helps and wishing you a great weekend!

      Hi Gloria,

My sincere apologies for the late reply! I just realized an e-mail rule I had in place to alert me of tech page comments stopped working and strangely your comment went to a “pending approval” waiting page.

I checked your file and it appears there are some payment issues (for some, this has been a glitch in the shopping cart system), but either way it requires Scott to investigate your order and then reset your permissions. I’m cc’ing him this message and marking high priority to address.

      Thanks for letting us know!

    • Stacey Terry says:

I’m guessing if you’re talking about a “first” post-test you are a new NEPT 2015 participant talking about trying to access the “Overview of Nutritional Endocrinology and Hormone Relationships” post-test from the first NEPT module?

      Just checked the page: http://www.inemembers.com/ine-home/resources/tests-exams-login/

Ah! No wonder you can’t access — the login box has completely disappeared from the page — very strange. I checked the page and there have been no edits/changes to it in over 9 months. Mysterious — perhaps something has changed within the test tool program that Dr. Ritamarie uses and no one realized. Sorry for the confusion, but I will need to get a copy of some computer code to restore the login access panel.

I will have this updated as soon as I hear back.

      Hi Phyllis,

Thanks for writing. Only NEPT students at the highest tier in NEPA (Practice Accelerator) receive access to the VIP chat feature with Dr. Ritamarie. I checked and it appears you are in NEMC (Mastery and Certification). Is that correct?

I currently do not have access to the October SHINE materials. When I click the link on my dashboard (after logging out and back in), I see only the promo ad and a link to purchase. I DO have access to all the January SHINE materials, which I also attended in person. I have been completely “checked out” from the program since about mid-July, so I did not register for the Livestream Webcast and may have missed any other registration requirements that came via email or through a regular call. I’m hoping to get caught up reading all the NEPT email updates within a few days.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Good morning Heather!

Thanks for checking in to ask about your SHINE access.

I checked your file and everything appears to be correct. In order to have access to the SHINE October event, you would either have had to attend the October conference in person (you were sent e-mails with your free ticket links) or you would have had to register for the webcast (even for free ticket-holders, there was a fee to cover the technology costs for the webscast). All the free and webcast offers are now closed, but you can pre-order the videos for SHINE October 2014. http://www.SHINEConferenceVideos.com

Anyone who attended the October event in person only has access to the digital materials; they still need to purchase the videos. All those who paid and registered for the webcast are receiving both the materials and the videos.

The videos are currently at the video editor’s for processing, and we’re hoping to have them soon.

I hope that helps clarify your access. Let me know if you have any other questions, and I’ll be happy to help.

I just want to leave a shoutout of technical GRATITUDE! Because of my current life circumstances, I have become VERY BEHIND with this entire program, and I am just now beginning to resume the studies I barely began in early summer. I am downloading MANY files, and I SO appreciate your well-organized naming protocol. This detail-oriented nut really appreciates that attention to detail. I have participated in so many audio summits and classes that I have witnessed all manner of disasters related to inconsistent or ill-planned file naming. Having everything so well-organized will really help me in my effort to get caught up with the rest of the group. THANK YOU!

    Thanks!

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Myra!

Yes, I checked your contact record and you should be able to access the page. Very strange.

Your contact record shows that you were given the correct access tag on October 27th

I double checked the index page and the workshop page and they are both showing that the permission is set to the “All Editions” tag.

      Hmmm…

Myra, have you logged out and logged back in since October 27th? That’s the only thing I can think of that would keep you from accessing. Each time your membership is upgraded to a membership level, it requires a logout and login.

I’ll also ask Scott to investigate as he can login as you.

Hello, Stacey. I have my paper hand written on paper, but I am in need of some assistance with the technical issues ( format, creating PDF, etc. ). Do you know where I could find some help? Thanks. Glenn

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Glenn,

Do you mean what are the format requirements or do you mean how to create those features in your Word processor?

If the former, there’s a set of guidelines in this document: http://www.exhaustedtoenergized.com/materials/INE/INE-Assignment-NutrientAndHerbGrabBag.pdf

If the latter, then that I’m afraid would be a wee bit beyond my scope of work to help you with and the answers would depend on whatever word processing software you use. Often you’ll find great tutorials online just by Googling the word processing software you’re using as a keyword along with the format feature you want to know about. I’d also encourage you to reach out on the practitioner Facebook group or send an e-mail to a NEPT “classmate” and see if you can find help that way.

I will forward this e-mail to NEPT@DrRitamarie.com in case someone on our Team also has a suggestion for you.

Never mind, Stacey. I just hadn’t scrolled down far enough to see the “Managing Inflammation” video. Everything is working fine. Sorry to be such a pain in the #%@. Someday soon I will be a tech wizard! Thanks! Glenn

    • Stacey Terry says:

No problem at all Glenn — that’s why I’m here! Glad you found everything. I’m sure a note will go out when Dr. Ritamarie completes the first video on the page. Cheers! 🙂

      • Glenn Oehlke says:

Hello, Stacey. I don’t know if you can help me with this, but I’m not sure how to navigate the nutrient spreadsheet and haven’t been assigned a nutrient or herb. Thanks! Glenn

        • Stacey Terry says:

          Hi Glenn,

I’m afraid I myself don’t have the link to that (I believe all users must be invited to use and view) as Dr. Ritamarie posted it and my understanding is that Coach Lynn is managing it: CoachLynn@DrRitamarie.com

I do know that Lynn has sent Dr. Ritamarie a couple reminders that folks are asking about being assigned a nutrient or herb; however, Dr. Ritamarie is away for professional development. I’ve marked that request as high priority for her hoping she’ll see it if she checks in.

But I’ll notify Lynn to reach out to you about navigating the spreadsheet.

          Cheers!
          Stacey

          • Lynn DeBuhr Johnson says:

            Hi, Glenn,

I also left you a post on Facebook, so hopefully you’ll see an answer between these two.

Yes, I’ve been trying to determine how to get this out to you as soon as possible.

When you do get your nutrient and herb, you type your name next to your nutrient and your herb next to your name. On the bottom of the Google Doc, there are two tabs – one is for the nutrient, the other for the herb. When you first bring up the document, it will probably be on the nutrient. When you are finished putting that information in, click on the herb tab, and that will bring up that sheet. Type in your herb and your are done. 🙂

Hello, Stacey. I have been able to play and save the intro and water sections to my desktop, but the section on fat will not play. I get “stream not found”. I have not been able to save it to my desktop. It says that it could not be downloaded. Thanks. Glenn

Hi there, I am unable to find the vip chat area and I have looked pretty hard. I pretty much exclusively use safari. Is this the problem or is it just not on my page. I would hate to switch browsers. Please let me know what is going on just in case mine is not up for some reason. Thanks for your time!
    Steph

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Steph,

This is a brand new protected page, as of today, for NEPA members who use the VIP chat, so not sure if you’ve had a chance to see it yet. It includes a little tutorial at the bottom.
      http://www.inemembers.com/nept/bulletin-board/2014-2015/nepa/

At the bottom of that page I’ve just added a screenshot of where the VIP chat *should* be. Let’s confirm first together that this area is missing when you’re logged into the INE member site.

If you can confirm that, then I will pass this forward to Jimmy to see if there are any alternatives for Safari users. Hopefully there’s a solution or tweak we can suggest for you.

      • Steph Jackson says:

        Hi Stacey,

the screen shot is really helpful because at least I know what I am looking for. It is unfortunately still not there. Hopefully it’s not a browser problem but it’s just not on my site? Hopefully it’s a fairly quick fix and not too inconvenient. I appreciate you looking into this, thank you!

        Steph Jackson

(hope you didn’t receive this twice!) oops

        • Stacey Terry says:

Okay… good to know. I will pass this forward to Jimmy and hopefully we’ll hear back soon! 🙂

        • Stacey Terry says:

          Hi Steph!

I just heard back from our tech guy. He updated a file on our end, so hopefully things should work for you now. Sometimes changes require users to refresh, logout and log back in, and/or clear the cache. I’m not certain if any of these are needed, but it all helps with the troubleshooting if things still don’t work. Hopefully, it just works! 🙂

Let me know! I will be off for the weekend, but I’ll revisit on Monday.

  109. Glenn Oehlke says:

Hello, Stacey. I am unable to download and save the water mp3 audio, or the fats mp4 video from the macronutrients module.

    • Stacey Terry says:

Hi Glenn! Thanks for the note. 🙂 Indeed for the water audio I’d missed updating the link when I updated the file name, so thanks for the catch!

For the fats mp4, is it possible you were trying to download the first video (i.e. “Fats and Health”)? It’s not available from Dr. Ritamarie just yet. I had a little purple note at the top above the video, but I’ve just now added one above the download links as well to make that more clear. I just built a space for the video so people would know it was still coming.

I checked the other fats video on the page and it seems to play and download okay.

  110. Glenn Oehlke says:

Why are modules 1 and 2 no longer on my ine member site? Thanks. Glenn

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Glenn,

Very strange… they *should* still be there? Everything appears okay for me, and I checked your file; you still have all the needed membership tags.

I haven’t done anything to either of those modules other than I renamed one internal page in each. Is it possible that in the right-hand sidebar under “Your Membership Dashboards” you closed the little triangular green “carrot” beside “NEPT”? If it’s closed, the modules will hide. If it’s open, then modules will show. Just click on it to either open or collapse all the items under it. Any green arrows in the sidebar indicate there are sub-items under than can be visible or hidden.

If you’re on the NEPT module index page, can you get to the modules from there? i.e. this page? http://www.inemembers.com/nept/index/m1/

If sending me screenshots would be helpful, you can e-mail me directly at Stacey@DrRitamarie.com

Let me know if the sidebar idea is the solution. If not, I’ll dig deeper! 🙂

  111. Jane Guyette says:

Steph and I have received several messages to a chat link, but we don’t think it’s working. Also the link to Bill Baren doesn’t work either.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Jane,

I know I’ve seen some e-mails going back and forth between Dr. Ritamarie and our super tech, Ben concerning the VIP chat function. I’m not sure on its status, but I know Ritamarie has been sending out some test messages.

Regarding the link to Bill Baren, I’ve forwarded your message to Abby to check.

Thanks for checking in and we’ll pass on any updates — Dr. Ritamarie is away today, so hopefully you’ll hear back tomorrow.

    • Stacey Terry says:

Morning Jane… Abby sent me what she knew about the e-mail. Dr. Ritamarie will know the details about the bonus program, but I can’t see anything wrong with the link. All I notice is that the e-mail says this:

“Here’s the link to the website for it, so you know what you’re getting. Look for an email from Bill Baren’s assistant with details about how to get started.”
      http://www.drritamarie.com/go/BillBarenMOE

The “so you know what you’re getting” tells me that the link should just direct you to an information page. The link correctly takes me to a page where I can read about Bill’s program.

The actual bonus itself is coming some other way… the e-mail says:
“Look for an email from Bill Baren’s assistant with details about how to get started.”

I don’t know the particulars of who or what e-mail you should look for, but I’ve submitted that question to Dr. Ritamarie. I know I keep my e-mail set to exclusive to control spam, so anything new would automatically go to junk mail. But it would be helpful to have a keyword or name to look for. I hope to get those details for you.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Jane,

Just want to let you know that the only information Dr. Ritamarie has about what to look for with the invitation from Bill Baren is that it will likely come from this e-mail:

      lauren@billbaren

  112. Glenn Oehlke says:

Hello, Stacey. I submitted two comments May, 30, and have not received a response. Thanks! Glenn

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Glenn,

Sorry to hear she has not replied, but I have been forwarding the messages to Dr. Ritamarie… I will go back and forward them to her again marked high priority. Sorry for the delay! I will chat with her about the possibility of a page dedicated to content/test questions as it’s not an area I can assist with, so I’m an “extra” step in the process.

  113. Glenn Oehlke says:

Hello, Ritamarie. Is the bacterial cell membrane the same thing as the inner membrane of the mitochondria?

  114. Glenn Oehlke says:

Hello, Ritamarie. Question #22 on Module 2 post test: Which nutrient is need to convert Acetyl CoA to Citric Acid? Choices are: Vit. B1, Vit. B12, Vit C, Vit. B5
When viewing the diagram of the Citric Acid Cycle it appears that Cysteine and Iron are required ????

  115. Jane Guyette says:

Glenn has adressed this question already, but I still don’t know the correct answer from the response. One of the questions on the test, “Which hormone does NOT have a major role in digestion?” I think the answer “Leptin” is incorrect. What is the correct answer?

    • adminine says:

i edited the test question so that Leptin is correct. Leptin controls appetite, not digestion.

      perhaps it’s a “trick” question.

all of the others listed have a role in digestion.

but if the question is still too tricky, i can change it again.

the point is for this to be a learning experience, not to trick you!!

      thanks

  116. Jane Guyette says:

    Module 1, Part 2
    Slide “Organ Specific Hormone Family”
ADH – I understand that ADH is produced in the hypothalamus and stored/released in the Posterior Lobe of the Pituitary. Is that correct? Or is it considered “produced” in both glands?

  117. Jane Guyette says:

Part 2 – Slide “Reproductive Hormone Family”
Thyroid – What hormones specifically are involved in egg maturation. Both T3 & T4?

  118. Glenn Oehlke says:

Sleep Hormone table says GH produced in post. pit. Glenn

  119. Jane Guyette says:

Questions: Part 2 of Module 1

On the slides “Metabolic Rate Hormone Family” & “Blood Sugar Balancing Hormones”. Insulin is produced by…. Islet cells on one slide and Beta Cells on another. I understand that they are Beta Cells, Islets of Langerhans. Just a consistency issue.

Somatostatin – I thought from Part 1 that somatostatin is produced in the Hypothalamus, but in Part 2, slide, “Blood Sugar Balancing Hormones”, it says produced in stomach, intestine and pancreas. Should this be “released” in stomach, intestine & pancreas?

    • adminine says:

Jane, thanks for all your feedback.

Those family tables were complicated to create and it seems like there were some transposition errors that we didn’t catch. So sorry. We are assigning someone to go through all of them and fix them then create a handout packet with the charts in them.

      So sorry for the inconvenience

      Ritamarie

  120. Jane Guyette says:

There is discrepency between the Part 1 and Part 2 videos. In part 1 it says prolactin is produced in the anterior lobe of the pituitary. In part 2, in the slide labeled “Reproductive Hormone Family” it says it’s produced in the posterior lobe of the pituitary.

    • Stacey Terry says:

      Hi Jane,

Thank you for sharing this, and I will happily forward this to Dr. Ritamarie for review.

    • adminine says:

ok Glenn, yes it’s me —and if you tell me the questions i will look them over. again, since the test questions are randomly generated, I cant find them by #

      • Glenn Oehlke says:

Question concerning location of hormone receptors on cells. I chose both on every cell and on the membrane and within the cytoplasm. Was graded as only on the membrane and in cytoplasm.

Question asking which hormone was least likely to affect digestion. I chose parathyroid. Was graded as leptin. Thanks! Glenn

        • adminine says:

          Glenn… good questions:

1- parathyroid effects the rate of calcium absorption in the GI tract. leptin effects appetite but not digestion

2- hormone receptors: I think that mary was thinking that not Every cell has hormone receptors but that makes it a trick question rather than one that truly tests understanding.

I will change that question but leave the digestion one as is. thanks again.

by the way there is a pretty good chart here: i havent checked it out for accuracy but I do intend to create a similar chrt of all the hormones in one place for reference.

          http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_human_hormones

          • Glenn Oehlke says:

Do you think that parathyroid should be part of the appetite and digestion hormone family?

  122. Glenn Oehlke says:

Thanks so much, Ritamarie! I assume that I am corresponding with the good Dr.. I appreciate your help! Glenn

  123. Glenn Oehlke says:

Question #s: 10) Where is cortisol produced?
    A, Pancreas
    B. Medulla of Kidney
    C. Cortex of Kidney
    D. Hypothalamus
Correct answer is Cortex of Adrenals

    15. Which of the following hormones are produced by the hypothalamus
    and pituitary?
    A. Oxytocin
    B. Somatostatin
    C. Vasopresssin (ADH)or
    D. Thyroid Stimulating Hormone
    E. A and C
It’s my understanding that Oxytocin and ADH are produced in
the hypothalamus and then stored in and released from the
posterior pituitary, but the two hormones are not produced by both
    glands.

    22) All of the following are secreted by hypothalamus except:
    A. TSH
    B. ACTH
    C. GnRH
    D. TRH
Both A & B are correct, because both are produced by the pituitary and
    not the hypothalamus.

    Thanks! Glenn Oehlke

    • adminine says:

Awesome Glenn—shows you are really learning this stuff well.

I proofed them late at night so i guess i was careles.

      I fixed all of it.

      10. C. Cortex of Adrenal Gland

      15. Which of the following hormones are produced by the hypothalamus and secreted by the pituitary?

      22 B CRH

      thanks so much

  124. Glenn Oehlke says:

I have been working the Module 1 post test. Question #s 10 and 22 do not have correct answer choices, as I see it, and # 15 is questionable. Thanks. Glenn Oehlke

    • Stacey Terry says:

Thanks Glenn! The post-test content is the one area that’s outside of my domain, but I will pass this on to Dr. Ritamarie and the team members who work with her on the practitioner tests.
